This is a picture of an ICOM IC-735. My late father bought on in the early '90's from HRO in Atlanta. I inherited it, and sat up for nearly 10 years, becase of a lightning strike that took out the power supply (I since had it repaired). I sent  the rig off today to be repaired (hopefully), the weak link in these radios were the  "trimmer-caps". ICOM  does not give these radios any legacy support (the Japanese Management  listens to the American arm WAY too much), but I have found a tech that used to work for ICOM, that has been fed technical and engeneering support (quietly), so I will know in two weeks.  If any Ham sees this, I got to work ARRL Field day and  got to see a ICOM 7300 at work, what a sweet unit!
